# 关于设立Titan L1网络每月无扣罚退出窗口的通知

**亲爱的 Titan 节点运营者及全体社区成员：**

我们衷心感谢每一位为 Titan L1 网络发展做出贡献的节点运营者！

为了进一步提升 Titan L1 网络的灵活性与治理的透明度，并为节点运营者提供更可预期的规划选项，我们决定将此前的限时无扣罚退出政策常规化。

**自下月起，Titan L1 网络将开启每月固定的无扣罚退出窗口。**

具体安排如下：

**一、固定退出窗口时间**

* **申请窗口**：自2025年10月起，**每月1日至7日**（例如，10月1日UTC 00:00至10月7日 UTC 23:59，UTC时间）将开放“L1无扣罚退出时间窗口”。
* 节点运营者可在此期间，根据自身规划随时提交退出申请，我们将豁免常规退出规则中60%的历史收益扣罚。

**二、退出流程与指引**

* **申请方式**：与此前流程一致，请登录您的 Titan 节点管理后台，进入“L1退出申请”页面，并按照指引完成操作。
* **奖励截止**：成功提交退出申请后，节点的奖励记录（历史贡献积分）将立即停止计算。
* **确认与关机**：在完成退出确认并收到后台“退出成功”通知后，您可立即停止节点运行并关闭相关设备。

**三、重要说明**

* 每月退出窗口期外，节点的退出申请将继续遵循标准退出规则，即扣罚60%的历史收益。
