# Titan L1 网络治理结果及奖励分配通知

**亲爱的 Titan 节点运营者及全体社区成员：**

我们衷心感谢每一位为 Titan L1 网络发展做出贡献的节点运营者！继第一阶段“压力测试与数据收集”圆满完成后，我们已完成 L1 网络的全面治理工作，并正式公布治理结果。以下为具体内容：

#### **一、处罚节点名单及扣罚金额**

为确保网络公平性与服务质量，我们基于一期测试期间的客观技术数据，对部分严重不合规节点进行了处理。以下为处罚详情：

* **扣罚金额**：上述24个节点的 **历史收益扣除90%**，总计扣罚收益：1147173255。
* **处理结果**：这些节点的 L1 节点资格已被移除，并已下线。

#### **二、奖励池分配**

从不合规节点扣除的收益已全数纳入专项激励池，用于奖励所有成功过渡到 L1 二期的留存节点，以表彰其持续贡献。分配详情如下：

* **奖励池总额**：**1147173255**（即上述扣罚金额）。
* **分配方式**：奖励将按照各留存节点在第一期历史贡献值（积分）的比例进行分配，确保公平公正。
* **分配对象**：所有符合标准并继续运行的 L1 节点（不包括退出窗口期间主动退出的L1节点）。
* **预计发放时间**：奖励将于 **6月27日** 前通过后台自动发放至各节点账户，请留意查收。

#### **三、未来计划**

Titan L1 网络性能，拓展真实存储应用，并提升奖励价值。现有奖励与考核机制保持稳定，未来积分兑换价值可能会有所调整，具体细节请关注后续公告。
