# 部分地区无法正常启动Titan应用的解决办法

近期因网络限制，部分地区出现无法正常启动Titan三测和四测客户端的情况，我们正在积极应对此问题。给您带来不便，敬请谅解。

**您可以按照以下步骤来解决此问题**
## 一、手机端解决办法
步骤：
（1）手机端，打开设置→WLAN，点击（部分机型是长按）连接中的wifi，进入网络设置页。
（2）将IP设置改为“静态”。
（3）将DNS1地址改为“114.114.114.114”
（4）将DNS2地址改为“8.8.4.4”。
（5）点击保存或退出此页面。
（6）然后，重新启动Titan应用程序即可正常运行。
## 二、电脑端解决办法
步骤：
（1）右键点击电脑端的网络图标，进入网络和Internet页面。
（2）点击属性，进入网络设置页面。
（3）点击DNS服务器这行的“编辑”，弹出网络编辑弹窗。
（4）将DNS方式改为手动，然后打开ipv4开关，输入DNS地址“114.114.114.114”，点击保存。
（5）然后，重新启动Titan应用程序即可正常运行。
