# Notice on Monthly Penalty-Free Titan L1 Withdrawals

Dear Titan Node Operators and All Community Members,

We sincerely thank every node operator who has contributed to the development of the Titan L1 network!

To further enhance the flexibility and governance transparency of the Titan L1 network, and to provide node operators with more predictable planning options, we have decided to regularize the previous limited-time penalty-free withdrawal policy.

**Starting next month, the Titan L1 network will open a fixed monthly penalty-free withdrawal window.**

The specific arrangements are as follows:

I. Fixed Withdrawal Window Schedule

* Application Window: **Starting from October 2025, the 1st to the 7th of each month will be open as the "L1 Penalty-Free Withdrawal Window" (e.g., from October 1st at 00:00 UTC to October 7th at 23:59 UTC).**
* During this period, node operators can submit a withdrawal request at any time according to their own plans, and we will waive the 60% historical earnings penalty stipulated in the standard withdrawal rules.

II. Withdrawal Process and Guidelines

* Application Method: The process is the same as before. Please log in to your Titan Node Management dashboard, go to the "L1 Withdrawal Application" page, and follow the instructions to complete the operation.
* Cessation of Rewards: Upon successful submission of your withdrawal application, the node's reward records (historical contribution points) will immediately stop accumulating.
* Confirmation and Shutdown: After completing the withdrawal confirmation and receiving the "Withdrawal Successful" notification in the dashboard, you may immediately stop the node's operation and shut down the related equipment.

III. Important Notice

* Outside of the monthly withdrawal window, withdrawal applications will continue to be subject to the standard withdrawal rules, which include a 60% penalty on historical earnings.

We once again extend our heartfelt thanks to every node operator for their hard work and contribution to the Titan network.

The Titan Team
