💡 Recruitment of Founding Members for the "Web3 Creator Mutual-Assistance DAO"

To all Web3 builders with a vision for the future:

This is a proposal, and more so, a sincere invitation.

As builders of Web3 infrastructure, we are constantly contemplating a question: Beyond providing more powerful technology, what else can we do for the prosperity of this industry? We have observed that for countless talented creators, their value "signal" is being drowned out by the market's "noise."

We believe that the allocation of attention should not be dictated solely by capital and algorithms.

To this end, we propose a vision and are willing to provide the initial energy to bring a solution to life: an independent, autonomous organization named the "Web3 Creator Mutual Aid DAO."

What is this vision?

The DAO we envision will be a community with "mutual aid" at its core spirit. Its mission is to discover and empower creators who are generating long-term value for the Web3 ecosystem. Its decisions will be made entirely by its members through consensus.

Titan's Role: We only light the match, we don't dictate the direction.

To enable this vision to go from 0 to 1, Titan is willing to act as the "initiator" and bring the following initial resources to the table:

• Initial Community Influence: We will open up Titan's community resources to provide the creators supported by the DAO in its early stages with genuine user attention as their "first pot of gold."

• Initial Technical Tools: We will provide the DAO with the technical interface for a "data engine" to help the community evaluate creator value more fairly and effectively.

Beyond this, Titan will not be involved.

We will not write the rules for this DAO, appoint its managers, or interfere with any of its decisions. The specific charter, governance details, membership criteria, and even what it ultimately evolves into will all be defined from a blank slate by the first group of [Founding Members] who respond to this initiative.

We believe that true decentralized autonomy begins with true community ownership.

Our core philosophy is simple: Nurture value with visibility.

The rules of the future will be written by you, and the resources of the future will be allocated by you. When the DAO needs to communicate with Titan on issues such as resource support, it will also be up to you to organize representatives to engage in a dialogue with us as equals.
