一、Node Startup Failure​

  2. If you previously used ​​command-line interfaces (CLI)​​ to run the node, ensure all CLI windows are ​​closed​​ before launching the client.

  3. Avoid installing the program in directories containing ​​Chinese characters​​. Use an ​​English-only folder path​.

二、Service Status Offline​

If the node initially displays "​​Service Status Offline​​," this may indicate an ​​abnormal startup of the virtual machine service​​. The system will attempt automatic recovery.

  • ​Wait 30 minutes​​ for background processes to stabilize.

  • If the issue persists, ​​restart your computer​​ and relaunch the client. If unresolved, ​​contact community support.

三、 Contacting Community Support​

For unresolved issues:

  1. ​Export your Node ID​​ and ​​operation logs​​ from the client interface.

  2. Submit these files to technical support for diagnostics.
