一、Node Startup Failure
Restart your computer after client installation to activate service configurations.
If you previously used command-line interfaces (CLI) to run the node, ensure all CLI windows are closed before launching the client.
Avoid installing the program in directories containing Chinese characters. Use an English-only folder path.
二、Service Status Offline
If the node initially displays "Service Status Offline," this may indicate an abnormal startup of the virtual machine service. The system will attempt automatic recovery.
Wait 30 minutes for background processes to stabilize.
If the issue persists, restart your computer and relaunch the client. If unresolved, contact community support.
三、 Contacting Community Support
For unresolved issues:
Export your Node ID and operation logs from the client interface.
Submit these files to technical support for diagnostics.
